Hazardous waste is accepted at Alexandra and Cromwell Transfer Stations. Refer to the hazardous waste acceptance table: Hazardous waste, asbestos and illegal dumping - Central Otago District Council (codc.govt.nz)
Asbestos -Asbestos is not acceptable in Transfer stations, it must be removed and disposed of by professionals.
