Missed bin(s) must be advised to the council within 24 hours of being missed. Please not bin(s) will not be collected if outside of this time frame.

What time did you put your bin out at the kerbside?
The bin must be out before 7:00 am
Have you put the correct bin out for collection?

Was there any letter placed under the handle on the bin lid explaining why your bin hasn’t been collected today?
The contractor may have left a letter advising that your bin is too heavy, contaminated or blocked by a vehicle.
Have your neighbour's bins been collected?
Please check neighbouring bins as the truck may not have reached your area yet.
