Under the Building Act 2004 the statutory clock stops on 19th December 2025 and restarts on 12th January 2026.
The Building Team continues to receive and work on consents up to Wednesday 24th December and recommences on 5th January.
The last day for Building inspections will be the 23rd December 2025 and these will resume on 5th January 2026.
