If damages were done by a collection contractor or damaged by the wind or passing traffic, there is no charge for replacement bins.
A cost of $55 will apply for bins that have been damaged by the rate payer (e.g., due to hot ashes, being towed behind a vehicle or miss use of the bin)
The $55 fee will also apply if the rate payer requests a new bin because their one is dirty. Bin cleanliness is the rate payer's responsibility.
