How to request new wheelie bins?

If you are needing a new set of kerbside collection bins for your property, you will need to complete the online form (linked below).

If you are unable to complete the online form, paper copies are available at service centers around the district.

Please note the following:

• You must be the Ratepayer to fill out this form. This excludes tenants of a leased or rental property.
• Rural Properties must have a RAPID number to apply for bins.
• Residential Properties must have a street address to apply for bins.

The ratepayer will be invoiced for the portion of the year remaining prior to the next financial year (1 July). After this, costs are included in the rates.
