For food trailer or coffee carts that would like to be located on a permanent site, it is important to consider if it is private or public property to obtain the correct permission.
If on private property, please contact the resource consent department to enquiry if commercial activity is allowed (Permission from the property owner if a must)
There is currently NO license for "Trading on Public Places" so business owners are not required to apply for this in order to operate on the road or recreation area.
If the location is owned by CODC, request approval from the correct department.
